We the Residents, who live in the communities that are covered by the Llantwit Fardre Community Council and which combine the Wards of Tonteg, Church Village and Llantwit Fardre, are concerned about the effects of noise and air pollution, and the potential consequences of excessive speeding coupled with anti-social driving.
In view of this, we the residents of the above stated Wards call on RCT County Borough Council to consider an area wide review of speed limits with a view to introduce 20 mph zone to include Church Road, Station Road, Duffryn Bach Terrace and the main road where many of the residents not only live, but also work, study, shop, and their children play.

Yn wyneb hyn, rydym ni fel trigolion y Wardiau uchod yn galw ar Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf i ystyried adolygiad ardal gyfan o derfynau cyflymder gyda'r bwriad o gyflwyno parth 20mya i gynnwys Church Road, Station Road, Duffryn Bach Terrace a'r ffordd fawr lle mae llawer o'r trigolion nid yn unig yn byw, ond hefyd yn gweithio, yn astudio, yn siopa, a lle mae eu plant yn chwarae.
