Plaid Cymru councillors Heledd Fychan and Eleri Griffiths laid wreaths and paid their respects at Ynysangharad War Memorial Park on remembrance day.
In a Facebook post, Pontypridd Town Councillor Heledd Fychan said:
"As only 30 people were allowed to attend the Remembrance Service this morning, myself and Cllr Eleri Griffiths went to Ynysangharad War Memorial Park to lay wreaths at 12pm and pay our own respects on behalf of our communities. In memory of those who made the ultimate sacrifice."
