Parking Victory

Through negotiations over the Welsh budget, Plaid secured £3m to help councils reduce parking charges.

The Party of Wales had long since called on RCT to reduce parking charges, in order to help small businesses being crippled by the fact that anybody who visits one of our town centres has to pay.

Of course, parking here in Tonyrefail has been a bone of contention for years, with small businesses calling for any sort of parking! Promises to the people of Ton have been broken time and time again.

I will work with the local groups and businesses in Ton to campaign for better parking facilities.
